Overview
The Diamond Glaze Flower range is a ready-to-use cold glaze range inspired by Nature. Designed to be applied on cakes, entremets, and pastries such as mousses, cheesecakes, bavarois, and more.
Agar-based recipes allow higher transparency and perfect shine. On the way to a responsible food philosophy, the whole Diamond Glaze Flower range is available in 6 vibrant colors: Red Hibiscus, Yellow Jasmine, Green Mint, Purple Lavender, Orange Blossom, and Pink Rose. Each one of them is associated with a brand new flavoring inspired by flowers and made of only natural flavors and colors.
We manufacture it with the absolutely necessary additives to have it as “clean label” as it’s technically possible. In addition, its thixotropic texture results in a quick and efficient setting on the pastry and hence great stability.

How to use
Use at ambient temperature.
(1) Simply lightly stir the product before using it,
(2) either spread it onto flat surfaces with a palette knife or apply it onto fresh fruit with a brush (we advise a cold dilution with 5-10% water).
